Pathways Program Manager
The Pathways 4 Youth Program Manager Provides professional-level leadership for a multi-disciplinary team consisting of partner Case Managers, Receptionist volunteers, Interns and Volunteers at a new location in St. Cloud. This position has direct management responsibility for the programs and operations of Pathways 4 Youth, under the direction of HOPE 4 Youth. The Program Manager ensures all direct service team members, staff, interns and volunteers, follow and are committed to Pathways 4 Youth’s mission, strategic objectives, program philosophy/principles, policies and procedures and, most importantly, the youth we support. Pathways 4 Youth’s Program Manager will lead with a team approach, have excellent verbal and written communications skills, strong problem-solving and team-building abilities, a keen focus on the interests of the youth we serve, computer proficiency, attention to detail, willingness to do paperwork and ensure all team members complete paperwork, and the desire and ability to take initiative and follow-through. Pathways Volunteer Coordinator
The Volunteer Coordinator provides (Part-time) professional staff support to Pathways 4 Youth volunteers. The Volunteer Coordinator is responsible for volunteer recruiting, on boarding, training, supervision and scheduling of volunteers. Learn more here.
