Zooms, Tours & Speakers

Whether you come to us or we come to you, HOPE 4 Youth is excited to connect. We enjoy highlighting our mission and explaining how you can become part of our goal to end homelessness among young people in the Twin Cities northern suburbs.

Contact Nikki Kalvin, our manager of community engagement, for any of the opportunities listed below. Email: nkalvin@hope4youthmn.org or call 763.323.2066, ext. 102.

Regularly scheduled “Zoom Into HOPE” sessions are held on the fourth Monday of the month at 7 p.m., and by appointment on other days. These hour-long virtual meetings are an easy way to meet our volunteer leaders and learn more about our programs and services. We ask that new volunteers attend one of these sessions before scheduling any shifts.

Reserve a spot at the next “Zoom Into HOPE” session by completing this quick online RSVP form.

Another great way to learn about HOPE 4 Youth is to see us in action. We welcome individuals, neighborhood groups and workplace teams for tours of the HOPE 4 Youth Drop-In Center in Anoka and HOPE Place, our transitional housing facility in Coon Rapids.

Tours are generally conducted during weekday business hours and on limited Saturdays.

Contact Nikki to arrange a tour.

UPDATE: Due to restrictions created by COVID-19, in-person tours are not currently being scheduled.

Inviting someone to speak at your business, civic organization, church or special event offers more personal insight into how HOPE 4 Youth transforms the lives of local young people experiencing homelessness. Our speakers are engaging presenters who can tailor a discussion to fit your needs.

Contact Nikki to schedule a guest speaker at your event. (Please book as far in advance as possible to afford speakers plenty of time to make plans.)
